Plaidmania Formally Recognizes Filettino

The small town of Filettino has declared independence from Italy. Therefore, it is important to recognize this new principality. Though, it is sad that because of the terrible Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi having declared austerity that he would merge these small towns together.
